Regular Sessions

  • Length is typically 50 minutes
  • Frequency is usually once or twice per week.
  • No commitment necessary – you decide how much therapy you wish
  • I become familiar with your life story
  • We work on your concerns
  • I provide feedback and give you direction
  • We discuss ongoing work, revisit goals, and determine future frequency of sessions
